1. About us

Welthy ("we", "us") is operated by Venture Leaves, Inc.. By using Welthy, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Welthy is a digital education product that delivers gamified, AI-powered lessons on personal finance. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Content is general and educational only — you remain responsible for your financial decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Welthy. You must not use it unlawfully or fraudulently, send spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, attempt to break or probe security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its content.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual property

All software, content, lesson materials, branding, and documentation in Welthy are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you've purchased. No resale, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits.

6. Service level

We work hard to keep Welthy running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. AI-generated content

Welthy uses AI to generate practice questions and personalized lessons. Outputs may be inaccurate or out-of-date. Do not rely on them as professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You're responsible for verifying anything you act on. You must not use Welthy to generate illegal, hateful, or infringing content, attempt to jailbreak our AI, or misrepresent its outputs.

9. No financial advice

Information on Welthy is for general educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any product. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may export any user-generated data within 30 days before deletion.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
